It was a splendid medieval evening of feasting, revelry and dance on the back lot of Paramount Pictures Studios in Hollywood, last night. It was the Concern Foundation’s 43rd Annual Block Party fundraiser extravaganza to help raise research funds for methods on treating cancer. For over 4 decades, thousands of people have filled the famous back lot to lend their support in helping torpedo the disease while also enjoying delicious taste offerings from some of Los Angeles’ finest restaurants and caterers.

This year’s theme was Kingdom of Concern-reflecting the honor, chivalry and ethos of the Middle Ages. Actors dressed as peasant women and men and wandering troubadours mingled among guests.
