The 2018 ICON Awards took place at the exquisite 3rd Annual Roger Neal Style Hollywood (RNSH) Oscar Viewing Black Tie Dinner Gala and it’s accompanying Celebrity Gift Suite on Oscar evening, Sunday March 4th 2018 at the Hollywood Museum. Veteran publicist Edward Lozzi– it’s PR director- joined RNSH in presenting the RNSH ICON Awards before the Oscar broadcast. The opulent evening was presented by Suzan Hughes Education Foundation S.H.E.

Guests dined on a white gloved dinner prepared by chef Paul Shoemaker of Montresor while watching the Academy Awards on numerous screens. Glamour Bonbonier Chocolatier had their chocolate Mini Oscar statues dusted with gold and gourmet chocolates for the stars, and special chocolates for the gift bags. Dessert was created by Chef Turok of Mascarpone Cheesecake with his Gourmet Cheesecake made just for the special Oscar Viewing Dinner. Over 80 Motion Picture & TV Stars Attended  – Many Are Academy Voting Members and Oscar Winners and Nominees.

Christy was educated in Paris at École des hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris), an international business school in France and studied film and television at LACC (Los Angeles Community College). She is a business owner, published author and a critically acclaimed independent filmmaker. Her 20 year body of cinema work to date includes 2 feature films, 15 short films and one web series. She is a writer, producer, director, cinematographer, actress and editor. Her headlining film credit includes the vigilante feature film "Barracuda" (Released in 2014 by Maverick Entertainment Group) which earned her critical filmmaker acclaim including 3 Best Picture awards at multiple U.S. film festivals. “Barracuda” is a social message film about normal professional men who are also pedophiles and rapists. She wrote, produced and directed the film 7 years before the #metoo movement. In 2017, she directed 3 episodes of the post-apocalyptic web series "Vape Warz", which she also wrote and produced. It premiered at the 2017 Mediterranean Film festival Cannes in the south of France and received an Honorable Mention for Best Web Series. “Vape Warz” is streaming on Amazon Video Direct in the UK and USA. She lives in Los Angeles.
