August 26th, 2015- Model, Los Angeles Laker scout and FOX sports reporter, Bonnie Jill Laflin, donates her time helping animals when she’s not on the court. She celebrated National Dog Day with her rescued dogs ‘Asur’ (“her blind baby”, she says “is a former Marine bomb sniffing dog that became blind during deployment in Afghanistan”), ‘Wilt Chamberlain’ and ‘Diamond’ who recently passed away 2 weeks ago. “My heart aches each day”, she revealed to Demi Goddess Chronicle.
“My dogs aren’t just animals they are a part of my family and an extension of me. They know I saved each of them and they show me that every day. Their love is unconditional and gets me through the rough days. They really mean the world to me” .
