An intimate cocktail reception with Los Angeles leaders and influencers was held at Luna Park restaurant on September 15th, 2015, hosted by acclaimed entertainment PR expert and writer Michael Levine, and honoring the distinguished Elliot Mintz, legendary broadcaster, publicist, and media consultant to such influential people as John Lennon & Yoko Ono, Bob Dylan, and Paris Hilton.

Elliot Mintz is a public relations person and spokesperson for celebrity and corporate clients. His first client was Bobby Sherman, a teen heart throb during the 1960s. He also represented John Lennon and Yoko Ono, whom he befriended in 1971. He joined their entourage throughout the 1970s and remains a spokesperson for both the John Lennon Estate and Ono. Other clients of Mintz’s have included Christie Brinkley, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Diana Ross, Don Johnson, Janet Jones, Melanie Griffith, and Bob Dylan. During the 2000s Mintz represented Paris Hilton, and appeared on her television show The Simple Life.

Christy was educated in Paris at École des hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris), an international business school in France and studied film and television at LACC (Los Angeles Community College). She is a business owner, published author and a critically acclaimed independent filmmaker. Her 20 year body of cinema work to date includes 2 feature films, 15 short films and one web series.
