DGC: That sounds amazing. Tell us about your experience!

NB:At first, I am overthinking and have a lot of thoughts going in different directions. Without realizing it, I suddenly am outside my body and no longer stuck in my head. Sometimes, I feel like I am flying in space- its as if I’ve been re born.”

DGC: That sounds like a terrific massage! What else do you do to combat stress?

NB: “I have learned to take ‘me time’ by taking warm baths, drinking herbal tea and reading. I really enjoy reading inspirational and positive quotes. These all help me unplug the day.”
