It’s Valentine’s weekend! What are your romantic plans? My boyfriend is spoiling me with a protein-punched breakfast in bed already! He is a triathlete and likes to jog and cycle before the sun rises. When he gets back, I’m just waking up so it works perfectly. I love his strength, stamina and dedication to health! This Valentine’s weekend, he surprised me with a romantic get-away to a sleepy little beach town in southern California.
As a busy film director and actress, I understand his devotion to staying focused and strong, both mentally and physically. I like to do yoga and spin to relieve stress. He was in the military before we met so he likes to lift weights. Before the pandemic, he was somewhat lean. I didn’t see him for 3 months due to the lockdown while I took care of an ill family member. So, when I did see him, I was totally surprised by his new muscled chest and legs. He said that he had kept the same exercise routine so I was puzzled by his sexy, muscular transformation.
When I need to prepare for a film, I take vitamin supplements formulated for women and drink green tea to aid in my rapid (mostly water) weight loss. My boyfriend however took it to a whole new level. He looks like he could be the body double for Chris Hemsworth. He finally told me his secret that during those months in quarantine, he found out about some fruit extract that is used as a dietary supplement to increase testosterone levels. He said that body-builders use this fruit powder as a safe alternative now over steroids or anadrol because it reduces fatigue and increases muscle mass. The fruit extract mimics the effects of anadrol basically but does not have the negative side effects. Well, I’m a believer!
